2. Shipping Destinations We ship to all regions within Saudi Arabia.

  • Saudi Arabia: 4–7 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or regional logistics.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order through the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

1. معالجة الطلبات تُعالج جميع الطلبات خلال 1–3 أيام عمل من تأكيد عملية الدفع. الطلبات التي تُقدَّم خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية يتم معالجتها في يوم العمل التالي.

2. وجهات الشحن نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية.

3. أوقات التوصيل المتوقعة

  • المملكة العربية السعودية: من 4–7 أيام عمل بعد إتمام عملية المعالجة.
  • مواعيد التوصيل تقريبية وقد تختلف أحياناً بسبب ظروف شركات الشحن أو الإجراءات اللوجستية.

4. تكاليف الشحن تُحسب تكاليف الشحن وتظهر بوضوح في صفحة الدفع بناءً على عنوانك ووزن الطلب. قد يتوفر الشحن المجاني للطلبات المؤهلة حسب العروض المعلنة.

5. تتبع الطلب بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى بريداً إلكترونياً يحتوي على رقم التتبع لمتابعة حالة الشحنة عبر موقع شركة الشحن.

6. الشحنات المفقودة أو التالفة إذا وصل طلبك تالفاً أو تمفقده أثناء النقل، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التوصيل المتوقع.
